Recently I decided to participate in a new challenge called Comfort zone crushers by a guy named Till (which I discover watching his TEDTalk). This challanges aim to free ourselves of the constant fear about what people think of us or not.
It’s going to be 7 challenges, and I have 48 hours to do them. I would post the challenges and the crushing results here!
After that, we’ll see how to keep crushing the fears and the comodity.
